Cobalt Dreams Delphinium
What: Delphinium elatum ‘Cobalt Dreams’ features magnificent spikes of radiant, cobalt-blue flowers with contrasting white “bees” (centers) on strong, towering stems. This larkspur variety offers good vertical form with dense flower spikes and excellent uniformity. The semi-double blooms appear from early summer to early fall and make excellent cut flowers.
Best use: Perfect for adding dramatic vertical interest along borders and in perennial gardens. Cobalt Dreams Larkspur works beautifully as a backdrop plant, in mass plantings, or as a stunning “thriller” in large container arrangements. It’s also excellent for attracting pollinators like bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds to your garden.
