Pink Common Bleeding Heart

What: Pink Common Bleeding Heart (Dicentra spectabilis) is a bushy, upright perennial featuring blue-green fern-like foliage and arching stems of heart-shaped locket flowers with white protruding petals. This mounded selection goes into summer dormancy after its beautiful spring display.

Best use: Excellent for shaded borders and beds where its delicate nodding pink heart-shaped flowers create visual interest from late spring to early summer. It makes a beautiful cut flower and attracts butterflies to your garden while being resistant to deer browsing.
