As a Yard Representative, your primary job is to provide the highest quality customer service to the many customers, contractors, gardeners, and home builders that enter our business daily. We provide products to these customers in the field of Landscape and Masonry supply. Selling everything from topsoil to gravels, natural stone, concrete products, and beyond. On the job training takes place directly with the family whom own the business, complimented by veteran summer students returning from year to year.
The applicant must be first, willing to approach customers, effective at communicating our large variety of materials to the customer and helping make decisions for a purchase. Secondly, able to physically lift, move, handle heavy stone products to aid the customer in the decision-making process. The Applicant must also be able to invoice the customer, schedule appropriate delivery and communicate to everyone involved. Lastly, applicants will be keeping inventory organized, maintaining all equipment involved in the yard, general labor jobs, and just helping out wherever needed.
We require a valid class 5 or higher license, experience on equipment is an asset but not a requirement. We operate loaders, trucks, pickers, lift rigging, and other assorted equipment to run the day-to-day operations. Furthermore, we work outdoors and require the applicant to be physically active to move around the yard as we provide service to our customers.
