Peony Sorbet – Pink/White
What: Sorbet Peony is a stunning two-tone variety with alternating rings of soft pink and cream petals that are luminous; the fragrant flowers open on stiff stems from late spring to early summer, making them excellent cut flowers. Known botanically as Paeonia ‘Sorbet’.
Best use: Sorbet Peony is best suited to mass planting and general garden use. Should be cut back in late fall in preparation for winter. Deer don’t particularly care for this plant and will usually leave it alone in favour of tastier treats.
